Enter the name of your event and Chartroom will create the new sheet with the name Your Event Entries. This will become the active sheet. An Entries sheets must have a name ending with " Entries".
A "By player" Entries sheet lets you form teams from individual player entries for graded events.
Enter the number of random teams and optionally the discipline s, p, t or f, e.g. 25p would give 25 pairs teams.
To run multiple events on the same sheet, separate the entries by a blank row.
Use this for smaller events, especially when there is only 1 group per event.
To ignore an entry put n/a or no entry in the Team column.
All events have policy Settings. Be sure to hit Save Settings and wait for the confirmation.
If your event begins with pool play click Initialise pool play on the Entries menu. Chartroom performs the draw and creates the new sheet in accordance with the Pool policy.
Your event is now ready to go and you can hide or delete the entries sheet.
If your event begins with lives play (knockout or 2-life elimination play) click Initialise lives play on the Entries menu. Chartroom performs the draw and creates the new sheet in accordance with the Lives policy.
